Excellent communication by Maria in particular, constantly going above and beyond to make sure that the move was smooth. All the movers were very kind and fast and qualified. Made the whole move easy for us!

Overall very good; professional, courteous, punctual; reasonable price and stuck to the estimate; very responsive to questions and very good with communications; treated my items well and there was no damage to my items; however one box containing some matching framed prints that I packed myself and had listed my personal item inventory could not be accounted for and appears to have not been tagged when they came and picked up everything and subsequently lost in transit

The communication and information provided before, during and after our move (Boston to NYC) was far better than I expected. Trying to coordinate this inter-city move seemed daunting to us, but Dawn and others at Humboldt/United were tremendous. They provided us with helpful and timely info in advance of the move day, which helped calm our concerns... and the guys in the truck were awesome in both cities - professional, polite, careful. We have no complaints, only praise!
